Here Again....I Forgot The Drill

Long ago and Far away I won the challenge. Today I weigh 136 for all the wrong reasons. Sugar Sugar Sugar....No Focus Focus Focus....

21 pounds to my goal. Rules No Sugar..No Salt No Eating after 5pm...

Eat on a small plate...Water with every small meal...Exercise ...See the Sun...Focus Focus Focus ....10 Weeks should do it....

Sounds so easy but Sugar Treats on the Counter are hard to resist.

Water ....instead of juices....

Yes Time has passed and sugar has passed my lips. Stored in my body and slightly or more bulging from my hips.  My walking partner deserted and cloud covers the skies still in the next season of light the miracle of shorts with white legs will once again walk the pavement til the heat of spring / summer comes.  Once again I can tell you sugar is the enemy.  Even a little leads to alot.  Youth dies fading where fine wrinkles dine clouded and hidden by a beige dew coverin

Today I weighed in at 121.6.  I was surprised.  I did not power walk this week and I did splurge with an extra dose of happiness this week.  So here I am getting closer to my goal of 115.  Thanks

Count Down

Weigh IN 123 pounds.  That a loss of 5.5 pounds in 12 days.  I will be doing my 4 miles or so I hope.  The last walk which was last week was just 2 miles.  The heat was on.  Today the weather has cooled down (in July) so I will be walking this morning that should firm things up a bit.  I have also changed my eating habits in the last 3 days and have cooked some delicious dinners adding a salad to the main course of each and even a desert.  I may be down t

The Calendar

Every Morning I weigh myself and write down the weight on a calendar.  This is a fun way also to keep on track to your goal.  Today I weighed in at 124.6  On Sunday, I walked about 2 miles with my sister (only half of our usual walk) but I have not walked regularly or much at all in months due to frozen shoulder which has all but gone.  The sun was hot early so I we did not push for the extra two miles.  I even had a steak and loaded baked potato and a small salad

126 was my weigh in today .......-1.2 pounds really good.  

My goal for next thursday is to see 123.   Yeah......Then on to 115.

A Walk in My Shoes

Too Sweet

What is on your counter or in your cabinets that can hurt your hand as you shake the sugar from it before you put it in your mouth?  Does your husband really have good intentions when he says its only one cookie or is there something more sinister going on?  Come on you worked too hard and landed at the finish line to go back in time and stuff cookies and cakes down your throat.  So remove them from sight and do not let the counter be the fly way for sugar...
