Thanks Tim...I have started to use a Routine called " A New Me " on my off days with a Trainer. Went to the Gym from 8:00am to 9:45am...Gotta get to work by 10:30 YIKES !! Im still looking for a good meal plan for me...I do a Banana-Oats protein shake for Breakfast and then a Muscle Milk Shake for a Post workout.. From Lunch on is always my problem.

Im am glad to have found this site. Im so looking forward to using this site to the fullest. If anybody has any tips to helping me get to my goal, Feel free to post up. This is gonna be GREAT !!
