Well, I didn't make it to the gym today. I had some floors delivered this morning and it kinda through me off schedule. But! I did have about 20 minutes to spare before my shower and this was my attempt at making up some of the time I should have spent at the gym:
An 8-minute workout in July's issue of Self caught my eye, so I gave it a shot. To be honest, I've always been pretty skeptical about all the "get a great body in less than 10 minutes a day" ads, but I tell ya what... this ...

I'm happy to report that I made it to the gym this morning. I had a hard time waking up and arrived a bit late, but I made it! Got a pretty easy, 45 minute workout in. At this point, my goal is to make it to the gym at least 4 days a week, even if it's just to step on the treadmill for a half hour. Just as long as I'm not sleeping in instead of working out, I'll feel better about myself.
They say that it takes 21 days to acquire new habits and break bad ones. I'm willing to test that the...
