dieting sucks!

So I have continued to fall off the wagon, and not tracking my food intake. The good news is that I haven't gained any weight as I am still at 256. I started at 263 on January 1st. My goal is to lose 4 pounds by the end of February,which will bring me to 252. Wish me luck!

Week3

Ok so I have finished week 3 but unfortanatly fell off the wagon and gained 3 pounds. We went away for the weekend which meant lots of eating out and not tracking my food intake.  This week is a new week so I plan to track my food and hopefuly lose those 3 pounds of weight gain.

Ok Week 2! I lost 8 pounds my first week in. No weight loss this week but no weight can either. I am stuck at 255 pounds. I have lost some inches and body fat this week as well. My goal is to keep counting calories and carbs this week. Can't stand being this fat anymore.

I have never wrote a blog before but at the start of this new year brings a new Amber. I am currently 263 pounds, which discust me. I have started this "not diet" but eating healthier. My goal is to drink 8 glasses of water which I have been doing for a week! I have also been tracking my food intake which I find to be helpful.
