im a size zero i eat healthy and play competive soccer i work out but i always gain wieght. Im trying to lose wieght in my thighs and lower torso thats it. The rest of my body is fine. But i dont know any good work out. If anyone has good workouts for lower belly section and inner thighs hit me up.
