I am just starting AGAIN! Can't afford the gym, but I have a weight bench and a cardio-bicycle. I am a little handicapped, so walking or lots of aerobics are out of the question. I have tried water aerobics, they helped me with strength in my legs, but no weight loss. I would love input from anyone. I am tracking everything I eat and hopefully between that and the few exercises I can do I will lose my extra 30-35 pounds. I'm 48 years old, so I am fighting the ...
