I am happy to report that I found the wonder, wisdom and wit in Jack LaLanne today! Yup, he's been around for years, and I clearly remember visiting my aunt Helen as a little tot, exercising with her on her very big B&W TV set doing scissors and leg lifts with Jack. (gotta love those ballet slippers).
