Things are going well. I am sticking to my diet. Now I must include workouts to my plan.

I ordered the following from Amazon:

Its a Barbell and Dumbbell set. I chose this one because of the good reviews, but also because iot is a short bar. I want to do Rows, lunges and squats so this will be perfect.115$ canadian...<

I did good on Day 1.

Day 2 started off a little chaotic.

I work from home, however I drive my partner to work everyday. Its a 10 minute drive, so not too bad. Except here in Ottawa it has been pretty cold the last few days, and my truck would not start this AM. My car was parked in the garage but was blocked by my truck in the driveway. Where to start...

This is day 1 of my new attempt at weight loss.

In 2010 I managed to lose 96 pounds and i manged to keep it off for more than 2 years.

The reasons are numerous, there are excuses for everything, but the main reason, is I got lazy. I stopped counting my calories, i stopped working out, and now I am right back to where I was in 2010 when I first started.
