Day 4: 111.6
Only 0.2 pounds gained. Could definitely be worse.
Yesterday I ate no breakfast, only had a few bites of lunch, went home and ate a piece of cheese (50 cal), chugged a bunch of water so I wouldn't finish dinner, and went to bed at 9:30 pm, and I get up at 6:00 am. Maybe its because I didn't get to go for a walk like I usually do? Or maybe its water weight since I drank so much it hurt?&
