Yesterday I set my self up for failure by over eating doing better today I have been walking alot since starting this Saturday...since then I have walked 7 miles I will weigh myself on monday and post results.... Just to let all know I havent weighed under 200 lbs since my mid 30's!

I have done pretty well with my diet except today I had chicken but in a healthy choice steamer so I dont feel so bad about it! also my fiber has been over the top since saturday very pleased with that.... yesterday I walked 2 miles and the day before 1 mile I wake up wanting to go for a walk!!!
Also I feel like being nd 200 lbs is wthin reach I will keep walking and increasing mmiles and continue with vegetarin diet iseems to be working for me!!!
