I started workin out on monday with an intense strength & cardio exercise...and tuesday just doin cardio n switching up like that all week except for sundays.... My abs are so sore from mondays workout but I pushed through todays work out...I want to tryy n at least get my stomach flatter than it is thats the only thing that I really dont like about my body the rest of my body cann use some toning up....so if n e one knows good toning exercises please let me know cuz i havent really worked o...
