Instructions: 
Start: Set up in the cable-crossover station with a rope handle attached to the high pulley on one side. Stand sideways, holding the rope with both hands over the shoulder closest to the pulley. You want your feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and back straight.

Finish: ""Chop"" down, bringing your hands to just outside the knee farthest from the pulley. Rotate your shoulders and hips in the direction of the chop. Finish the set on that side, then repeat toward the other knee.
