Dribble/Sprint across court

Calories Burned:  1,089 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 

On a basketball court, sprint down from one side to another while dribbling. When you reach another side go for a layup. If you want switch the sides so you can practice layups from each direction. This exercise/drill does intense cardio, dribbling skills, and the need to control the momentum when trying to layup on a sprint.
