Exercise Comments

Just started the pre-schedule with Fire 30/stretch 10. Man it was tough for me.but then again I am 5'8" 327lbs. However, I was able to do the whole time, with slight modification. stretch was a bit hard. My hips are so tight I can't even sit cross-legged without propoing up my back against a wall or something. but I like it and I think I can stick with this. the moves will get easier. Hell, if I can rock on dance central I think I can learn these moves too.
