BEGIN EXERCISE BY JOGGING FOR 3 MINUTES AT 3.3 MPH
ONCE 3 MINUTES HAVE PASSED SLOW TREADMILL DOWN TO 2.3 MPH
ALTERNATE 3.3 MPH AND 2.3MPH EVER 3 MINUTES UNTIL 30 MINUTES HAVE PASSED.
COOL DOWN FOR 5 MINUTES WALKING AT 1.5 - 2MPH
