Calories Burned:  680 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 

HIIT on a Stationary Bike with 2 / 4 min intervals

Bike at active rest 2 min on approp level to keep heart rate ~130

Bike 4 min on approp level to keep heartrate at 90% of max

Repeat for desired number of intervals (4+)
