Instructions: 

Neck Circles


 This movement will further warm up and relax the many small muscles of your neck.


 1. Stand with your arms relaxed by your sides and your head straight.


 2. Start by dropping your chin to your chest, then begin a slow, gentle clockwise movement that takes about two seconds per complete circle.


 3. Do ten circles, then change direction to perform ten head circles in the counterclockwise direction


 Safety notes: Do not race through this movement, and don’t force an unnatural range of motion. It’s important to only move your head in a circular motion and not in a front-and-back, nodding motion.
