Calories Burned:  1,225 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 

Using an elliptical machine or recumbent bicycle begin with a 3 minute warm-up. At the beginning of the 3rd minute, sprint as hard and as fast as you can for 30 seconds. continue at a norman pace for the next 90 secs. Then sprint for another 30sec. Repeat for a total of 8 sprints. After the 8th sprint, end with a cooldown for 2 minutes.
