Instructions: 
1) Stand at the 100m start line
2) Do barefoot exercises:
a) 100m Walk (50m there and back)
b) 200m skipping movement exercises (arm swings, karaoke)
c) 2x50m ankle rotations
3) 600m jog
4) 2x50m A skips
5) 2x50m B skips
6) 2x50m high knees
7) Stretch
a) calves
b) quads
c) glutes
8) 2x50m toe touch-hamstring stretch
9) 2x20m backwards running
10) 2x40m shuffle step-transition to-strides
