Instructions: 
Walk on a treadmill at a 0% incline.

Exercise Comments

I do 3 times a week for 30 minutes

I do this 2x's a day, once in the mornings for 1 hour and once in the evening for 1 hour. :)

I do this everyday sometimes one hour sometimes just 30mins. :)
