Calories Burned:  544 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 
Walk intensely to start, then every minute increase your speed by .2 until you reach your max. Stay at your max speed for at least 2-5 mins. Then work your way back down to a walk.
