Yoga Level 2: Revolved Triangle Pose

Calories Burned:  238 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 

Begin standing in a wide straddle with your arms out to the sides, shoulder height.

Turn your right leg outward to a 90-degree angle. Bring your left toes inward about 30-degrees.

Inhale.

Exhale: Turn your torso to face the right. Your hips remain square to the front.

Inhale.

Exhale: Deepen the crease at your right hip and lengthen your spine as you rotate your upper body to bring your left hand down along the inside of your right foot.

Your hand can be placed on a book or yoga block.

Your right arm will extend up toward the ceiling.

Turn your head to gaze past your right fingertips.

Hold 3 to 5 breaths.

Inhale to bring your torso up.

Exhale to return to facing front.
