Calories Burned:  408 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 
1. epliptical 5 minutes
2. 20 push-ups
3. 20 abdominal leg lift
4. 20 abdominal leg lifts with ball
5. 20 jack-hammers on each side with ball
6. 20 ball over knee raises
7. 20 concentration curls on each arm
8. 40 hammer curls

Repeat 1-8 3 times
