Calories Burned:  204 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 
lie flat on back, raise left leg up to 45-50 degree angle, lower 25 times. Repeat with right leg. do 4 sets each leg
lie flat on tummy, raise left leg up lower, 15 times, repeat with right leg, do 4 sets each leg.
