Description:
10 drops 3xd, no food or water 15 minutes before or after drops.
Day 1-2 each anything and as much as you want. PIG OUT
Day 3-40 follow strict 500 calorie Diet below
Must consume serving amounts each day, 2 fruits, 2 meats, 2 vegetables, 2 bread substitute.
Must keep calories at 500.
Do not skip meals.
Water intake is 1/2 to 1 gallon of water a day.
Fruits Approved: 1 Orange, Apple, 1/2 Grapefruit, or handful of Strawberries
Meats Approved: 4 oz (weighed raw) grilled or broil, Lean Beef, Veal, Chicken
Breast (Boneless, skinless), Turkey (boneless, skinless), Shrimp,
Halibut, Sole, Snapper, Chilean Sea Bass, Venison, Lobster.
Vegetables Appr: 1 large handful of the following Vegetables: beets greens, red
radishes, lettuce of any kind, cucumbers, tomatoes, asparagus, celery,
cabbage, or spinach. (If weight loss ever stalls try to not mix your veggies
in one meal. One should have 2 servings of veggies per day, but not all in
one meal.)
Bread Approved: 1 Grissini bread stick or one Melba toast per snack twice a day
Seasoning Appr: Salt, pepper, vinegar, mustard powder, garlic, basil, parsley, thyme,
marjoram. Watch for sugar in your spices.
Drinks Approved: Water Lots of it, this will even further help you control your appetite. One
should drink 3 liters or more a day. Herbal/green tea, spring water,
mineral water, yerba mate tea, wu long tea are also approved.
Sugar Substitute: Stevia natural sugar. 1 pkg per day in 24 hr period.
Helpful Hints: No over the counter drugs, no cosmetics other than lipstick, eyebrow pencil and facial powder, no creams, lotions, or moisturizers that contain fat or oil or anything that ends in "-ose"
