Egad!! Was a free week because we start the new year as if it's the first meeting ever-like a reset, so it becomes a base weight. (at TOPS) It was an excuse to plow through food like it didn't count, because it didn't. Now I have to not only work hard to lose weight, but to RE-lose that 4.4 stupid pounds. Do not follow this particular diet unless you are a masochist.
