Its a super set concept of working to failure.the bentover rows will be very hard at the end of this workout.

im trying to put on another 15 lbs how long do you think it would take with this workout plan?

Log your workouts...particulalry if you are doing 2 body parts per workout. You consistanlty progress because you see what you've done the training day prior.
