How the hell do you look at the whole month long workout? All it shows on my screen when I chose this workout is a blank page, no workout plan on the page. Help please :)?!

This workout is pretty intense because it you works out every muscle group and you workout everyday. Its getting challenging since rest is very important. I cannot get a good workout if I am too fatigued with other activities so I increase some reps and decrease the sets to get it over with. Some of these exercises need to key in that you have to have a life outside of the gym. The outside life is what keeps me motivated to keep working out. So you may have figured I skip some days to keep me sane and interested in the workouts.
