@elizabethtoyota, I hear you about exercising faithfully and not being able to loose weight in a certain area of your body such as your stomach. I am 55 and have found that including a serving of a healthy fat such as raw almonds ( just a few) or avocado ( one serving) helps to naturally burn stomach fat...it has worked for me:) good luck!!!

I exercise 5 days a week at the gym. I mix my exercises but am unable to lose weight. I think my age may have something to do with this but I still want to lose about 7 pounds. I am 64 and do classes as follows 2 spin , I step, 2 kettlebells, 2 TRX. I also do 1 pilates and 2 yoga classes to stretch, elongate muscles and support good posture. I am average weight but have midline fat which is unsightly. Can anyone help me with a good fat loss programme?
