Workout routine comments

Does anyone know how long the cardio sessions should be on the days that I do strength? Thanks. I was thinking 20 minutes on strength days and 45 minutes on cardio days.

If you don't have dumbbells, you can use can goods and also use empty milk jugs filled with water or sand. You can weigh these items on a scale to know how much each item weighs.
