I am a beginner who need to work on legs and abs. Any ideas to squeeze out the cheese!

I have been working out for a while and need to change my workouts. We have a small gym at work and that is where I do alot of workouts. I am also a member to another gym, but I hardly get to use that gym. They do have good cardio classes though.
