Description

Trying to put together a work out (post abdonminal surgery) to begin toning and building some strength, while avoiding any stress on my adomen. I have added one excersice that uses my butt and I have to hold my back off the ground, I will see if that is uncomfortable or not.

Giving myself two weeks. Then I will see what works or doesn't. Easing in to any abdominal excercises.  Not quite ready yet.

After 6 weeks of not lifting anything over 5Lbs and no excercise (except walking) I am taking it slow.

The 18th is my post op check up.  So will start the next day.

I am not a trainer and not a gym person.  I am just getting older and I want to be healthy and mobile.  I do want to firm up and be comfortable in my skin.

One step at a time....
