Workout routine comments

Well my motivation is I am going back to my home town in July , the last time I was there a few years ago I was 137 lbs now I am 160 . I walked pass the mirror the other day and thought to myself there is a stranger in my house.I have to get myself in shap asap...

It's difficult to get motivated. I know. But if you have something, like a vacation, new dress, high school reunion, use that to motivate you. I have a golf tournament in July that is my motivation. If I keep my sights on getting fit and trim for that, I'm good.
