Hello everyone, just joined, working on a project, designing a program for a 38 year old woman who works in a bank, sitting down all the time, not active at all, smokes 2 packs of cigarettes a week, weighs about 145lbs, 5 foot 3 inches tall, no injuries or health problems, have to use smart goals and periodization for cardio, strength, and flexibility. If you have any suggestions, please don't be shy. Thanks everyone
