10 lb Challenge - week of 1/15/2012 updates
How are you all doing? Just 13 more days to complete the challenge. I have been quite a yo-yo, and still have 7 to lose, but I'm a notorious procrastinator, and work better under extreme timeline pressures .

Hope you're all making progress toward your goals!

I've been running lots lately because were off to Mexico. Down 8 only 2 left.

Thank you can't wait its been so cold here the wife and I are excited to get out of this cold weather. Still 6 weeks before we go .

I am new to this and i think a challenge would really help me focus and stay on track. when is the next time you are going to do another 10 lb challenge, I would love to join in on it.

Just for a week take flour and sugar out of your diet and drink lots of water. Eat the same amount of calories and see what happens. When I get stuck I do that for a cleanse it works every time.
