starting weight 214 current weight 212.5
Probably will not succeed but I am going to try. Will be nice to see how low I can get. If I can lose 2 lbs in a week then I can almost make it. Going to give it a good try and that is all I can do. Go girls, keep up the good work. Judy I expect you to try too.

Week 7
Total loss reporting at 14.3 lbs. This upcoming week will be a challenge though, I am heading out of town for 5 days so diet will be difficult.

without working out last week, i managed to maintain my 190 :)
