Track your caloric intake and exercise daily----it makes you stay focused....there are some great recipes and meal plans to help you. Also, remember the point system....you receive points for tracking meals/exercise/replying to messages/etc..... Good luck YOU ARE ON YOUR WAY NOW!!!!!
