2000 calories and NO weight loss
333 lb 52 year old man recently diagnosed diabetic. I immediately went to 2000 calorie low carb meal plan. After 20 days I have lost nothing. What gives ? ZERO CHEATING. I feel better and feel like I lost but the scale says otherwise

maybe you gained muscle
Maybe you gained muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat, but takes up less space, so your clothes feel looser and you feel less exhausted.
Anywho, hope you are sticking with your moderation and continue to feel better!

Weightloss
I saw your post and was curious if you have seen success since.
I am very surprised you had not lost weight after 20 days. I am curious to know what kind of foods you were eating. I hope you are feeling better now.

Losing weight
Try increasing you weight loss goal to 2800 calories per day. At 2000 calories your body is not getting enough to eat and is holding on to your weight. You subtract 500 calories from your current weight to get your weight loss. To find out about your heart target rate. 220 - your age and then .85% of age difference to target heart rate.
example: 220-45=175 .85% of 175=148.75. I hope this will help you in building your confidence and weight loss.
