24/F Lookin for buddies!
Hi!
I'm new to this and I'm lookin for buddies! Here's my story: I'm 5'1 and about 120lbs. I'm pretty healthy, but I am lookin to get better cardio, have better tone, and strength. I need someone, or a few someone's, to give me tips, recipes, ideas, and motivation. :) I will gladly do the same for you!

How are you, i am kinda new to all this as well, i seen your post and figured i would say hey and that if you need any strength building tips to drop me a line, bc ive been strength building for a good time now, the only thing left for me to do is to lose what little weight i have left lol, well if interested come find me
