2 kids and no motivation
I know what you are thinking, You have 2 kids and you LAck motivation, what else would you need?? Well I do have to say it. I have no motivation. I have a strong drive in the early days of starting a project but then the flame puffs out like it wasn't even there. Does anyone one else feel that way?
They say it takes 21 days to build a new habit. I am haveing a hard time with 3 days.
I will be starting over in T- minus 6 days ( when the hubby gets payed:) ) I will dust off my wii fit and my treadmill . Get the kids outside to the park. Come on baby, let's do this!!

I know exactly how you feel
eppie_25 I know exactly how you feel i have 3 year old twins, who run around with boundless amounts of energy so you would think starting an excercise regimine would come easy. It doesn't. I started 05/21 and still havent gotten the excercise down--- i have stopped drinking soda, stopped eating fast food, drink lots more water, and cut out fast food and I have lost 32Lbs to date---- but i can not seem to get excercise into my life on a daily routine or even weekly routine. I think its something that we are going to have to just push ourselves to do with no excuses--- I think tonight i will start taking the dogs for a walk----- I think the key will be in starting slow and easing up to a routine.
