Vegetarian all my life, but don't know how to supplement and am a carboholic.. :) Of course, like everyone, I'm looking for some internal accountability.
But I would love any support or advice I can get. I'm 33.

Some Advice
You know what might be a great idea... beans, vegeterian beans, tons of protein in em, or at least a decent amount of it in them. protein is an excellent energy source and its a much more consistent provider of it. as im sure you're aware, carbing it up only leads to you feeling super tired later. protein is like a slow burning energy that lasts alot longer.
