7 Weeks! EEEEk
I am in my sisters wedding in 7 weeks. We went and ordered my bridesmaids dressa couple of months ago. I tried on a size 8. It fit just right. I was tempted to order a 6 just so that it would motivate me to lose the 10 lbs that I wanted to before the wedding. My sister advised me not to just incase. We can always take the size 8 dress in if we need to. I agreed and ordered the 8. I got the call that my dress had come in and we went to go and pick it up. I tried it on and we could barely get the dang dress zipped up the back!! My sister turned me around and said " Did you order the 6 like I told you not to? " I looked at her and told her no, this is the 8. I have gained weight and it is really making me feel horrible about myself. I have 7 weeks to lose this weight and I really need some support and motivation. I am starting this diet and work out plan AGAIN in hopes that it will work for me and I will once again feel confident in who I am and how I look. Any suggestions? Anyone willing to help me out? I in return will help me supportive and motivational too!

Don't worry.. I will lend you my diet plan. Just return it when you are done..haha I have been on the " 3day diet " for the second time.. The first time I got to a wooping 213 lbs 2 years ago. I made it to 188 before plateauing and giving up.. Oh yes, it came back to me like a puppy fetching a stick. I went to 215!!! and did I ever feel like crap too.. So, now I am at a ripe ol 1 8 6 . 4 !!! Yea for me and NOW it will be YEA FOR YOU!!!! Go to the website www.3daydiet.com there is NO cost or even registration.. It is a static informational page only.. and DOOO it...
I have been on my 3day this time for 51/2 weeks.. You need to drink plenty of fluids and follow it to the letter.. IT DOES WORK, I am living PROOF.. Get in touch for some of the tweeks and tricks I use to make it more enjoyable.. Also, I am NEVER hungry on this diet. I don't know why. Before, a rack of ribs or a plate of Pasta had NO chance of survival around me.. But now, I cook for the family and no worries.. I'll be there for ya if you need some motivation.. Harry

Weights and treadmill
Most poeple respond to weight gain by statring a low calorie diet. Without exercise a diet may be inefective and actually increase the amount of fat your body is likely to store. About 25% of weight lost from a low calorie diet is lean muscle tissue leading to a slower metabolism. Over 90% of those who begin a low calorie diet without exercise, gain back more weight than they started. The worst part of this process is much of lean muscle tissue lost while dieting is replaced by fat. The best way to deal with unwanted flab is begin a exercise program which includes both weight training for increase lean muscle tissue. Aerobic activity to burn body fat. Then a monitored and ballanced nutritional intake.
