NEED HELP Losing weight
I recently started doing T25 due to the fact I got on the scale and it told me I was a bit chubby. I am going on my third week and I haven't lost any weight. I have stopped drinking caffeine, and started eating healthy and I still haven't seen any results... Anyone out there able to offer any type of advice?

The scale is a lying brat.
Don't believe a word she says!!!! Listen to your clothes and keep going in the right direction. Quality sleep, lots of water, clean food, and plenty of exercise to make you sweat for 45-60 minutes several times a week. Keep going!!!

Caffeine actually helps your metabolism.

Losing Weight !!
Well losing weight is no simple move to make....it will take time. Losing weight depends upon the type of exercises you are doing because in shedding pounds nothing proves more helpful than cardiovascular exercise.

1) Try to do cycling, running or swimming to shed weight.
2) Stay away from junk food
3) Never skip your breakfast
4) Have a proper sleep.

Just continue with your routine....and if you r weighing yourself daily basis..don't do that ..weight oneself once a week to see the differences.

Losing weight can be easier that it seems. Sometimes you need to trust your mirror or your clothes in order to see results. Don't give up. If you don't see the results you want immediately don't stress to much about it it may increase your cortisol levels and slow even more the whole process. A healthy diet will make you lose around 1-2 pounds weekly.
You need to follow a few simple tips:
1. Eat healthy (eat food from every group of food but in the right amounts, add more veggies, fruits, whole grains, low fat dairy, nuts, olive oil, lean meats to your diet and stay away from fast food and processed foods) and drink plenty of water.
2. Read labels (when you go shopping you need to be aware of what you are buying, stay away from high sodium and foods loaded with sugar and unpronounceable ingredients.
4. Exercise daily if don't exercise at all right now you need to start at the minimum 30 min 3 days per week to prevent injury until your body adapts.
5. Get enough sleep 8-9 hours daily.
