I've researched it....
I saw the infomercial a while back and whenever I see something that looks like it would work I thoroughly research it. I have not tried it but people say it's cheaply made and to get the workout you want on it you have to really try. Such as contracting your muscles and putting effort forth on it. When I heard all the reviews saying it was cheaply made I decided it wasn't worth the money. Money doesn't grow on trees, although I wish it did. XD
They also say the girl sponnsering DID NOT get the way she looks with the machine. Hopefully we'll find an infomercial that's too good but true. Unfortunatly I don't think the Ab Circle Pro is it. :( That's my take on it anyway.
Hope I helped!

Don't waste your money on the ab circle pro
I work in a gym and we did an 8 week test group for a machine very very similar to the ab circle pro, by another manufacturer. We advertised for people who didn't work out on a regular basis and had weight to lose. They were required to weigh in and get photographed at the beginning, work out 3-4 days per week in a group with a trainer, and follow a diet program. My husband joined the group. I actually trained with the group one night per week. The hour consisted of about 4-5 different exercises on the ab circle with many repetitions, other abdominal exercises on the floor or ball, squats, lunges, jacks, plus 1/2 hour of cardio-I led a spinning class. The members were measured every 2 weeks. At the end, those that lost the most inches were asked to be in the infomercial. My husband lost 10 pounds and some inches and was asked to be in the infomercial. It was filmed at a magnificent home and a few participants were interviewed and filmed. It was such a set-up. They stood up straighter, held their stomachs in, and there were a few people filmed that were not participants. When the guys took their shirts off in the video, I WAS SHOCKED AT THEIR SIX PACKS. My point is this machine and most of the others advertised are gimmicks. You can't spot reduce. You need to eat healthy, count calories, exercise, and burn more calories than you consume. Good luck.
