About the self generated workout schedule system
I have created a few routines in your system. The big problem I am having is that the system wants to generate one for the following week, that's fine, great feature to have. But; first, I have a routine that is spread over a 12 day (two week) period, the system wants to generate a workout from my first week into the first part of the following week. Is there a way that I can toggle this option off. Second, I have another routine that goes Mon.- Fri. The system sees that I do Mondays workout, then generates a similar workout for that Saturday, and so on. Can the syatem be set to self generate these workouts only in a certain pattern of days?

custom workout
you can't turn off the workout creation feature -- future days will always be created in the future unless your using the "track-only" setting (in which all days are blank)
to get future days created on the same day in the next week, you need to set the end date of the workout so that rest days are considered. for example, if you workout 5 days in a row, and then don't workout the last 2 days of the week, you need to account for those rest days when you choose the dates in the workout creator. choose a 7-day cycle and when you submit the first day the first day of week 2 will be created.

About entering the workouts that I do.
I have not yet been able to enter the workouts that I do. I find the option for water aerobics, but have not found the means to enter them in a time frame which is how I do them, such as 1 hour, two hours, etc. Can anyone tell me how to find the means to enter exercise in a time as opposed to reps?

water aerobics
Add water aerobics to the day you want (found under the "Cardio" section) and you will be able to enter the time before submitting the workout.
