Acai Berry....has anyone tried it?
I've seen a lot of information on Acai Berry supplements...has anyone tried them? Have you had success with it? Any information would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Definately Not
Hi,

My best friend did it for 3 months. She took the acri berry supplement and did the colon flush at the same time. It was supposed to be supported by Oprah and Dr. Oz, which is a lie. The acri berry itself is a good fruit which can support weightloss however you have to eat a well balanced diet and exercise as well.

It's a scam to make money in my opinion and my best friend would back me up on that. Sorry to burst your bubble, I wanted to try it at one point too until it proved to not work.

Don't take the supplement, incorporate the berry into your diet or drink the tea.

Supplement
Agree with the fact that a balanced diet and exercise is necessary for weightloss but disagree that supplements are a scam to make money. Someone makes money on everything you buy that doesn't make them scammers. There are lots of good supplements out there in lots of different forms and some are very effective and healthy. There is no magic potion though. Do your own research on the products and then give them a try but don't expect one thing to do everything for you.

I LUV IT!!
I found the Acai Berry supplement at GNC stores and I use it to help give extra energy with my workout. I don't use the colon flush, but I do maintain a healthy diet and exercise everyday. I like the feeling I get when I take it because at times I feel like stopping my workout early, but I have that little extra energy I need to finish. Make sure you continue to eat healthy, and drink lots of water....Good Luck to you...JR

I am taking it it for 2nd time
It does not make you lose weight itself. You must diet and exercise along with it to lose weight. what it does for me is dramatically increase my energy and not like caffeine. You are not jittery or anything you just feel the need to do things therefore you get a lot more accomplished and I actually WANT to exercise. I have a lot (50+) to lose and my main problem was not having the energy to exercise.. Now I do, so it definitely works in that regard.

honestly the there are a lot of conflicting facts regarding supplements. I am a big supporter of the food over chemistry philosophy, your far better off eating these nutrients rather than taking a pill. the reason being these refined pills are no longer food, they're chemicals, which means they're processed differently in the body. between 90-99% of that pill gets filtered out in the liver without doing you any good. all this being said there are exceptions, the big three, from my experience and research. first a good daily multi-vitamin is a good idea for anyone in conditioning. second probiotics, I highly recommend them to anyone with digestive issues, and unless your eating a pound of yogurt a day you cannot get as much from your diet as you can from the pill. the third is teas and liquid supplements which stay in your system much longer, and are more easily absorbed into, they're not as highly concentrated, but the body utilizes a greater percentage.

I plan on starting the Acai Berry/ cleanse
Hi.
I'm new to this site and monitoring my food intake has been a challenge but definitely sets some controls in place for me. I plan on trying the Acai berry as soon as it arrives in the mail. I'm trying the 1.99 trail pill(30 days worth) as well as the trial 1.99 cleanse trail pill(30 days too). I hope the pills don't make me jittery, as it doesn't seem to effect other people. I have caffeine issues. (cant have much) Wish me luck. I have a 20 lb goal for weight lose. None of my clothes fit. And as I get older my belly gets bigger and bigger. Its not pretty!!!
Regards

Liquid Suppliments
I do agree with soysos in regard to liquid supplements being the best. They are absorbed in the body much faster than the pill alternatives and is a lot easier to digest, most have a very nice flavor which won't cause you to feel nauseous. However I would recommend that you stick to natural and organic supplements so that your liver won't be overwhelmed with processing chemicals that it doesn't have time to work on fat, which will then get stored in your body. I do a variety of supplements, Power Boost for extra energy, LeVive for the powerful antioxidants it provides and a protein shake that has all 9 amino acids and a lot of vitamins. These are in liquid and powder form all natural and taste great. You can check purchase these and more items at https://www.ardysslife.com/10-Nutricion.aspx?ID=thelmawilson. Good Luck!
