Add Stair Climbing to Exercise
May-be I missed it, but I could not find it in the work-out category.
I may be posting this is the wrong place also, but I am new.
I saw that you could add water, so perhaps you could help me find stair climbing as well.
Thanks

Stairclimbing Machine
It's called "Stairclimbing Machine" and it's under cardio exercises. For some reason it doesn't come up when you search by "stair" or "climber" - if you just pull up all cardio exercises you can select it from the list - hit the heart to make it a favorite and then it'll show at the top of the list next time so you don't have the scroll thru to find it.

Staircases
They need to add going up and down staircases. I do it all day long and dont record it because it is not listed.

stairs?
I also just looked for this. I work on the 4th floor in a medical building and usually take the elevator, but was thinking I might want to run up and down the stairs a couple times a day. I wonder if logging it as stair-climber minutes would be approximately the same?

stair-climber minute
It will. Usually you will use the same force & strength as you would if you were doing a stair climber, minus the support of the handle bars. I highly recommend it. You will see a difference on your cardio endurance by the time you hit the gym. Any time you can get any type of exercise or physical activity through out the day, do it.
