Adding Workouts Option
There are some cardio and machine exercises missing from stength training I would like added, but don't see the option too the same way food can be added. For example, Zumba is a really popular cardio class that's not listed. Also, I use the diverging seated row machine, inner thigh machine, bicep curl machine, and outer thigh machines and don't see any of those as options.

user added exercises is something that's on our list, but a bit down the road. please send us your requests (email form at the bottom of the help page -- or post them on the message boards)
not sure if these are an exact match but there is a biceps curl machine in the system (machine preacher curls), and we do have some inner and outer thigh machines (hip abduction and hip adduction), as well as seated rows (machine seated rows)
what is "Zumba" so we can add it as a cardio exercise?

I actually just found the hip machine listing, so thanks for pointing that out. I have been using the seated row machine as a substitute for the diverging seated row, but they are two different exercises. The diverging seated row is a machine with a bench that is slightly tiltled. I use both depending on what equipment is available, so I can't distinguish between the two here.
Zumba is a cardio class. Here is the description from the website:
