re: Tracking
You can set your nutrient targets on the Account page. Once you've done that, you can then get meals prescribed to you by clicking, "get meals prescribed" on the Diet Tracker page. Or you could select a meal plan created by FitClick or by other FitClick users by clicking the "switch" link on the Diet Tracker page.

As for workouts, please follow these steps to properly track your workout if your Workout Tracker is currently set to Track Only:

1) Click Add an Exercise under the cardio/strength sections
2) Click the "+" sign to add individual exercises
3) Enter the appropriate values under the "actual" fields for time/distance/weight/reps
4) Once you've added all of your exercises and "actual" values, click "save and update"
5) Click Submit Results. DO NOT FORGET TO CLICK THIS or else your calories burned will not reflect on your My Progress page.

don't go below 1200 calories daily
Most all the experts say to eat at least 1200 calories daily on a diet. Less than that and you are likely to develop health problems. Besides, if you go lower than that, you are not forming good habits that would stay with you.
