Advice for student?
I'm a high school senior and looking to drastically improve my health. The problem is that I'm so busy and it's hard to fit workouts into my schedule. I'm trying to eat better but I'm out a lot and it's time consuming to pack lunches. Any advice? Would appreciate anything. :)

you just need to make time
Its all about priorities! if you are serious about it, you have to make time. maybe that means sacrificing something else. We all struggle with that though...no matter how old we are.

its more fun to go out and do other things and easier to rest on the couch and watch tv. If you are serious, you just need to make time.

I say that....now i need to follow my own advice.

At least you recognize this and are trying to and wanting to be healthy. Thats a good start. just keep working on it.

Good luck to you!

I second this recommendation!
While I always balance my influences, I love Tosca's story (from frumpy overweight single mother to bodybuilding and cleaning eating mentor). I have many of her books and have entered some of her recipes in FitClick. I sometimes have to adjust the recipes to my own preferences but they are generally quite good.

So even if you just read up on her history, or just look up her recipes for nutritionally sound meal ideas, you might find what you're looking for with Tosca's stuff.
